ESV 2018 will welcome international participants from 12 to 25 years old, the winners of the national and/or regional conferences. 

ESV 2018 will be held as part of a big international science festival “Yakutsk International Science Games” that will allow the participants to get immersed into the fantastic atmosphere of multicultural communication in scientific and research spheres.

ESV 2018 will create a unique educational environment for international collaboration of talented young people from around the world in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and arts. The event expects more than 160 participants from all over the world.

The participation fee is 250 € per participant and supervisor for MILSET members. The fee includes the accommodation and meals, the participant package, the standard exposition place, transportation in Yakutsk, tours and other activities from July 8-15, 2018. 

The allowed ratio of supervisors is up to 1 extra supervisor each group of 4 participants, 1 head of delegation if the delegation is at least 3 participants.

The registration deadline is on April 1st, 2018.  In order to participate the delegation leader has to register in registration system before March 1, 2018.

The fee should be paid before April 15th, 2018 and not refundable after May 15th, 2018.

Delegation are responsible for their travel costs to Yakutsk and back.
